REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
According to our policy, we will only accept the refund and return in the following conditions:
The product received does not match the order i.e.. the product sent does not match what was ordered, in such a case we will send you a reply paid envelope or book a collection for you to return the product and we will send the correct item.
The product is damaged and not fit to use - we will require a photo on opening of the package - email to: candles@jessicabear.com.au
CANCELLATIONS
Orders made at Jessica Bear Candles can be cancelled only if the order has not been dispatched by our company. A refund will be made in full. Once the items are dispatched the standard policy applies.
CHANGE OF PREFERENCES
We will not refund or exchange goods for change of mind.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Exchange of items can be processed within 14 days from the date the goods are received.
